After graduating high school, Danza received her associates degree in exercise science and wellness while also becoming certified as a strength and fitness trainer with NCSF. Shortly after Danza joined AON physical therapy where she assisted the sports physical therapists for four years. She then became an assistant to the chiropractors at Hartsburg Chiropractic in Danbury, Connecticut. In 2015, she enrolled at the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Mount Kisco, New York where she completed over 1000 hours of manual hands on therapy. In 2019, Danza started her own business teaching functional movements and customizing specific manual techniques to meet clients needs.
